By engaging with Silk & Compass Threads, you're agreeing to a partnership based on craftsmanship and mutual respect. This includes our website use, intellectual property rights for custom designs, and the expectations for small-batch boutique production.

Payment Terms
For custom commissions, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your place in our production schedule. The final balance? It's due upon completion, right before we ship your garment.
Return Policy
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days. However, bespoke garments are tailored specifically to your measurements; therefore, they aren't eligible for returns. We'll always ensure fit through iterations.
Small-Batch Production
For our boutique partners, production timelines vary based on textile sourcing and bespoke requirements. We strive for sustainable practices, which may occasionally impact lead times. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated.
